The Akyga® AK-EC-04 adapter is used to convert the connectors used to charge electric vehicles. The product provides full freedom of charging and will be almost necessary for users with cars with a Type1 connector. It will allow them to charge their car without problems using a public charging point for vehicles equipped only with a Type2 charging connector.

The adapter has two connectors: Type1 , also called J1772 - popular on cars from the US and Asian regions, and Type2 , otherwise known as Menekes Connector - for connecting a car to charging stations across Europe. The product allows you to charge a car with a voltage in the range of 110-250V and an intensity of 32 A - which gives a maximum charging power of 8 kW .
