The Akyga® AK-EC-04 adapter is used to convert the connectors used to charge electric vehicles. The product provides full freedom of charging and will be almost necessary for users with cars with a Type1 connector. The adapter has two connectors: Type1, also called J1772 - popular on cars from the US and Asian regions, and Type2, otherwise known as Menekes Connector - for connecting a car to charging stations across Europe. The product allows you to charge a car with a voltage in the range of 110-250V and an intensity of 32 A - which gives a maximum charging power of 8 kW .

The cables were made with care for safety for both the user, the device and the car. The plugs are characterized by a high IP44 protection class, which guarantees protection against flooding and access to the internal parts of the plug. However, the material from which they were made meets the standard UL94V-0 flammability class. So in case of inadvertent arson the fire will not spread.
