The AK-EC-20 charger is equipped with a Type 2 (IEC 62196-2) connector, known as Mennekes - the most popular charging standard for electric cars in Europe. This guarantees compatibility with almost every electric car on the market. 5-metre long cable ensures convenient connection, regardless of where the socket is installed. The adjustable charging current, available in ranges of 8 A, 10 A and 13 A, allows you to adapt the power to the specifications of your electrical installation and the requirements of your vehicle, offering efficient and safe charging.
At the heart of the EV charger is the advanced ControlBox with LCD display, which provides essential information on the charging process. The data displayed includes charging current, voltage, energy consumption, device temperature and charging time. The ability to monitor these parameters in real time allows full control over the charging process, which increases the comfort and safety of the charger.
Safety is a priority for Akyga® AK-EC-20. The charger is equipped with advanced protection systems such as OVP (over-voltage protection), OCP (over-current protection), OPP (overload protection), OTP (overheat protection) and SCP (short circuit protection). These features provide full protection for both the charger and your vehicle, minimising the risk of damage and guaranteeing safe charging in all conditions.
Overcurrent protection. The charger will switch off if it detects an overload of the stabiliser.
