The AK-EC-19 model comes with a Schuko (CEE 7/7) plug, allowing easy and convenient charging of the vehicle at home. The Schuko connector is widely used in many European countries, giving the user complete independence and flexibility to charge the vehicle at home and beyond. Convenience of use is also enhanced by the 5-metre cable, which allows for easy connection of the vehicle to an AC power outlet. What's more, the device offers adjustable charging current in the range of: 8 A, 10 A, 13 A and 16 A, allowing you to adjust the charging power to the specifications of your mains and vehicle.
Advanced ControlBox
At the heart of the electric car charger is the ControlBox with LCD display, which provides key information on charging status. The screen displays parameters such as charging current, voltage, energy consumed, device temperature and charging time. With this data, the user has full control over the charging process and can monitor its progress in real time. The ability to select the charging current allows for optimal adjustment of the charging process to conditions and needs.
Comprehensive Safety Systems
The AK-EC-19 EV charger is equipped with advanced safety systems that protect both the device and the charged vehicle. These include OVP (over-voltage protection), OCP (over-current protection), OPP (overload protection), OTP (over-temperature protection), and SCP (short-circuit protection). These features ensure the safe use of the charger and minimise the risk of damage in challenging operating conditions.
Overcurrent protection. The charger will switch off if it detects an overload of the stabiliser.
Thermal protection protects against overheating of the power supply, which could result in damage.
Protection against overvoltage at the charger's output. Protects the device being charged from damage.
The built-in temperature sensor in the plug ensures safety and protects against the consequences of overheating the battery in the car. Thanks to a suitable controller, the device regulates the parameters so as to maintain the optimum temperature during the charging process.
